• Device scan usage count (stored locally on your device only)
• Subscription and purchase status via RevenueCat
• Crash reports and diagnostic data (anonymous)

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store images you submit — they are processed and immediately discarded
• We do not collect precise location data
• We do not track you across third-party apps or websites

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the InfinitiMath service
• To manage your account and subscription
• To process math images and return analysis results
• To send transactional emails (account-related only)
• To notify waitlist members when the app launches
• To respond to support and contact form requests
• To improve the app based on aggregated, anonymous usage data

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted third-party service providers, strictly to operate InfinitiMath:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management
• OpenAI — AI processing of math images (images are not retained)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Apple — in-app purchases processed via App Store

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

• Images submitted for analysis are never stored — they are discarded immediately after processing
• Account data is retained until you request deletion
• Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal
• Scan usage data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

InfinitiMath offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings at any time.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

InfinitiMath does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use this app or provide any personal information. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Opt out — unsubscribe from waitlist or marketing emails at any time
