1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InfinitiMath ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InfinitiMath.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, InfinitiMath grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

InfinitiMath offers the following subscription options:

• Free tier: 5 scans per day, tracked on-device
• Pro Monthly: Unlimited scans, billed monthly
• Pro Annual: Unlimited scans, billed annually

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Free trials, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled

4. Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription and reinstall the app or use a new device, you may restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app. Restoring purchases is subject to Apple's App Store policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Submit inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content for analysis
• Circumvent scan limits or other usage restrictions
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the App

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

InfinitiMath uses artificial intelligence to analyze math problems. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. The App is intended as a supplemental educational tool only and should not be solely relied upon for academic submissions, exams, or high-stakes decisions. InfinitiMath is not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on incorrect analysis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and technology within InfinitiMath are the exclusive property of InfinitiMath. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InfinitiMath at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

InfinitiMath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfinitiMath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and InfinitiMath only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to usage rules. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
